Our goal is to bring authentic flavor and a piece of Caribbean culture to your kitchen with every meal. We also know that preparing a tasty meal takes time and effort.

When we first started out as a food service business, the plan was to cook and feed our community. We noted how quickly orders were placed and the quantities of food requested. What we learned was how many of you out there need to be able to prepare your meals quickly. We were not just receiving orders for Sunday dinner. We were receiving orders for enough food to last our customers the week. Needless to say, that level of catering was more than we bargained for. So we came up with a way to season, prep, cook and serve efficiently. Of all the dishes, anything with the jerk seasoning was a preference. With the level of interest we got, we figured, “why not empower people to follow the same plan on their own?”
